Christine K. Fernandez, DDS

Biography

Dr. Christine K. Fernandez began her dental career during high school as a dental assistant in her hometown. After graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, she remained at Columbia for her dental education. She was accepted into a one year general practice residency, followed by a three year specialty program in prosthodontics at the Manhattan Veteran’s Hospital. She served as the chief dental resident during her final year. Her residency focused on the esthetic restoration and replacement of missing teeth, implant restorations, and full mouth rehabilitation. She was fortunate enough to treat some of the most well-deserving people – our nation’s veterans.

Dr. Fernandez is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the Ninth District Dental Association. She is also certified in Invisalign and Botox. Her dental philosophy includes educating patients on the importance of diagnosis and treatment planning of the oral cavity, while doing comprehensive dentistry in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

When she is not doing dentistry, Dr. Fernandez enjoys boating, being under the sun, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a Westchester resident who lives with her husband and son, and she is looking forward to building long-lasting relationships with her patients at Westchester Prosthodontics.
